Ekaterina Marchenko has been working in the hotel development sector at Accor for 8 years, with a total of 15 years of experience in the hotel industry. She started her career as a consultant at Horwath HTL, where she gained international experience and understanding of the hotel industry.
After that, she worked in hotel investment companies and white-label operators, and then joined Accor's office in Russia and the CIS, where she oversaw the growth of Accor's hotel network and branded residences in the market.
In 2024, she joined the Accor Southeastern development team, where she currently develops the company's premium, midscale and economy brands in several countries of the region, including Serbia.
